Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Check in time is 3:00 PM ~ Check out time is 11:00 AM
Bicycle Street Inn & Suites and Waterfront Collection will make every attempt to ensure your room will be available on the afternoon of your arrival. A representative of Bicycle Street Inn & Suites and Waterfront Collection will greet you upon arrival at the ferry dock to assist in the transfer of your luggage to the hotel.
Bicycle Street Inn & Suites and Waterfront Collection does not hold rooms without a deposit, which is applied to your final night's stay, as follows:
1 Night stay requires Full Deposit of Room Charges.
2 Nights or longer stays require 1 Night Deposit of Room Charges.
All rates include continental breakfast unless otherwise indicated.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Travelers Checks, Personal Checks, and Cash are also accepted upon check out.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, notify us by 3:00 PM, 72 hours prior to your arrival date, and you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation after 3:00 PM, 72 hours prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that certain holidays, yacht race dates and special events require a ONE WEEK cancellation notice. The Mackinac Policy Conference requires a ONE MONTH cancellation notice. In addition, certain holidays, yacht race dates and special events require either a two or three night minimum stay. Partial cancellations of two nights or longer stays are not allowed. Some Special Offers are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE, and may be subject to other restrictions as stated in the specific offer. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time by giving written or oral notice of cancellation and refunding any deposit.
